Olx seems to be forgery, blocking accounts after getting payments.

We are so upset losing our money in this situation many Business are having tough time and we paid 6500 for the package and the account was suspended and when we contact your support they are saying we cannot refund we cannot help your companies under police verification blah blah blah that we are here doing the same business we haven't got any police not even a phone call. we are here in the same address doing the same thing for the past eight years nothing no complaint at all whatsoever but when I call your support people there keep saying the same thing.

I request you unban these three accounts one I lost two months ago and two accounts I lost 3 days ago our sales team or just sitting and doing nothing because we are relying only on this classified ad that's where we drive the traffic to our website so kindly consider this we are a genuine company well-established you can check all the proof that I have provided all a having sale signature everything after checking all these things kindly consider reactivating it and business all very tough time now and and top of that you also don't do this kind of things to make it make it worse.
