I am surprised this site is still online inspite of so many reviews. I have still not got my money.
I placed 4 orders with Ovantica. I received only 2. The real problem started when I had to cancel the remaining 2 orders as it was getting delayed. Thats when I realised the website shows devices NOT in stock too.
They kept trying to convince me not to cancel, but I insisted. After reluctantly agreeing, they claimed to have refunded me, but nothing ever came through.
Then one day, they called offering me a completely different device I never asked for, clearly showing they still had my money — despite earlier claiming the refund was already done. Since then, it’s been nothing but empty promises and no action.Every follow-up call gave the same excuse: “It’s processed” or “It’s already refunded.”
No refund. No accountability. Just lies and stalling tactics.
Avoid Ovantica at all costs. They’re unprofessional, dishonest, and operate like scammers. Don’t trust them with your money. Was this information helpful? |
