I am surprised this site is still online inspite of so many reviews. I have still not got my money.
I placed 4 orders with Ovantica. I received only 2. The real problem started when I had to cancel the remaining 2 orders as it was getting delayed. Thats when I realised the website shows devices NOT in stock too.
They kept trying to convince me not to cancel, but I insisted. After reluctantly agreeing, they claimed to have refunded me, but nothing ever came through.
Then one day, they called offering me a completely different device I never asked for, clearly showing they still had my money — despite earlier claiming the refund was already done. Since then, it’s been nothing but empty promises and no action.Every follow-up call gave the same excuse: “It’s processed†or “It’s already refunded.â€
No refund. No accountability. Just lies and stalling tactics.
Avoid Ovantica at all costs. They’re unprofessional, dishonest, and operate like scammers. Don’t trust them with your money. Was this information helpful? |
