Ovantica — I'm complaining about the phone I bought from Ovantica

I ordered Pixel 4a 5g from Ovantica and first I had to wait for 7 days for the product to reach me as they told that they were out of stock and they will ship my phone when it gets back in stock. I had made advance payment so I was helpless and had no option but to wait. Once the phone arrived, I was happy but only for a few seconds. As soon as I opened the box and inspected the phone I could see a clear gap between the display and the frame. The display is literally coming off, not only that the display doesn't correctly fit on the phone and the bottom of the phone was so uneven, one could tell at first glance that the phone was repaired poorly. I'm making return requests but they are just footballing me, telling me to contact so and so and one of them is responding to my messages or calls. I'm very frustrated.
