Ovantica — Im complaining about faulty device and false accusations

I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a mobile phone from Ovantica (Moto Razar 5G), and I must say that it has been an absolute nightmare. Not only did I receive a faulty device, but the lack o[censored]pdates on the repair during the warranty period has been completely unacceptable.

Following the company's protocol, I promptly contacted their customer support to report the issues and initiate the repair process. Little did I know that this would be the beginning of a frustrating journey filled with disappointment and negligence. The initial response seemed promising, with a representative acknowledging the problems and advising me to send the phone in for repair under warranty.

However, that's when everything started to fall apart. Despite repeatedly contacting customer support for updates, I was left in the dark for weeks on end. Every time I reached out, I received vague responses and empty promises of imminent progress. It felt like my concerns were being ignored, and the lack of transparency from Ovantica was incredibly frustrating.

To make matters worse, the repair process took an excruciatingly long time, exceeding the expected turnaround period. The whole point of a warranty is to ensure that customers receive timely repairs or replacements, but Ovantica failed miserably in this regard. They demonstrated a complete lack of respect for my time and inconvenience, leaving me without a functioning phone for an unreasonably extended period.

Not only did the company fail to fix my mobile phone, but they also failed to communicate effectively throughout the entire process. As a customer, I deserve to be informed about the status of my repair, the reasons for delays, and a realistic timeline for completion. Regrettably, Ovantica fell short on all counts, displaying a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

Moreover the device was not repaired and was told by the customer service agent that the device has damages due to beach sand and whereas I have never travelled to any regions with sand for the past few years post Covid. I am the sole user of the phone and there is no physical damages and this phone was handled with absolute care.

Still being under warranty the CS agent was rude and told that I have raised a complaint at the end of warranty and was given an accusation that I have lied that device was handled with care.
