Greetings,
I had ordered iPhone 11 pro Max from Ovantica website.
During ordering i was asked to pay 250:rupees for order confirmation.
One day later i got a call from their "back-end" team telling that i have to pay 750 more for the delivery.
Later i was told that i have to go to a hub in Bangalore to collect the phone.
This hub was 30km away from my delivery location.
When i tried to track the phone on Blue dart website, it showed that package was returned to the seller.
I later got suspicious and contacted seller asking them to cancel the order.
But i have not received any update regarding my refund nor the phone.
I only lost 1000 rupees, but i hope this complaint helps people stay away from fraudulent sites trying to save money. Was this information helpful? |
