I am Akshay Verma. I made a pizza order at 8:52 pm today but still I haven't received the order. The customer executives of OvenPizza are not picking up the call either. I want to cancel my order and want my money refunded now. It has been more than 1:40 hour now. Order number is 26685565. My contact number is [protected]. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. They have mentioned that order was delivered but didn't received any order. It was a prepaid order. Pathetic service from oven story. I want my money back. Raised a complaint CCN-1842507 against this order. But complaint is still pending.
