Ovenstory — ovenstory order not delivered, no customer care to speak with

I ordered pizzas from oven story on 14 feb 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered after 45 mins. But i have not received that order. I tried contacting customer care number multiple times but the call kept on waiting and disconnected after some time. I raised concern to online help but no response till now.
They are such big cheaters that they don't have customer care executive. No response till now on any of my concerned email and issues.

I made an order through ovenstory app with paytm for a pizza... payment was confirmed but it showed error in app after payment... paytm confirmed the payment after contracting through helpline, bit they said no payment was maid, Paid Rs. 289 to Ovenstory on Feb 17, 2020 17:56:49 with Ref: [protected].
