I purchased motog4plus a month ago which had some issue in its motherboard regarding which i complained and the product was to be refunded. The device has been picked up from me more than a week ago and has been recieved by the seller but no refund has been initiated yet.
I had all my coversation with aman at the tollfree number and was committed to recieve an email to provide my bank details for the refund process and i have not recieved any such mail yet

My Dell venue 7 3740 order no-bst[protected]-1 has a manufacturing defect which there is no Sim card slot no place to insert kindly return tablet
