[Resolved] OverCart — Order# BST[protected] not delivered but marked as delivered | |||||
Overcart, you have not delivered my order but sent me a mail with a note " your order has been delivered" I mailed your customer care the issue and also expressed my concern in Chat. However, every time i get the same reply " please provide us 24 hours, we will check with courier partner and get back" I don't really understand when these 24 hours will end. Friday, I personally inquired courier and got to know that the provided tracking number by overcart doesn't belong to me. This is really annoying overcart... Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Nov 16, 2015 OverCart Customer Care's response As per our conversation over the call, we have initiated a reshipping of the order. There was a technical glitch from the Courier Partners and we have raised an escalation with them, however that said we will get the order delivered to you at the earliest, and once we dispatch the order, we will share the details with you over an email.
