I have purches moto x play 16gb black.. 7999/-.. badame jab parsal aaya tab usme heaphone or charger nhi tha .. my order no.Your Invoice #[protected] for Order #BST[protected]...plz note my complaint and send mi charger and haidphone... mere pass recording bhi hai box kholne ki ..

I purchase an earphone order no is BST[protected] through overcart but its not working properly, one of the speaker is louder then other so its very irritating me please tell me how can I replace it because there is no option to replace of my product in my account and there is no customer care no for listen to complain. Please solve my problem
