This mobile is not working properly it's speaker & sim slot 1. Not working & mobile is hang
I want to return this product and i want my money back
Product order no giving by u is bst[protected] on dated 4 april 2017 6.28 pm
One more thing i receive only mobile phone there is no charger & earphone with it
Please take action in this matter as soon as possible

OverCart Customer Care's response Hello Tejbhan, as per our discussion over the phone, I wish to inform you that you have placed an order for a Restored device and the restored device only comes with a charging cable in the box and they don't carry earphones and charging adapter in them. Moreover, please share the video of the device highlighting the issue so that we may take it further.
