I have purchase a mobile on 26/10/2016, and I have received a defect products (touchscreen & sound is not working). I have raised a complaint to customer care they told visit the service center for fix the issue because No return policy. I visit your F-35/3 Okhla phase 2 office but not receive any positive response this is inform you to very bad customer service. I am very disappointed. Please help exchange the mobile.
