Oxigen — Unsuccessful recharge through ICICI mobile banking | |||
Respected Sir/madam, I am Raj Kamal Sharma, I recharge my Tata Docomo prepaid with ICICI oxi service of rs. 200 on 16.06.2015. I didn't get any message and email regarding this transaction. MY prepaid no is [protected] . My email Id is rajkamal.[protected]@gmail.com. But recharge not done and amount Rs.200 debited from my account. So please refund my balance as soon as possible. I am sending you my mobile banking transaction screen shot that gives information that 200 rs has been debited from my account. It has some serial numbers, I hope this will help you.
