I booked a hotel at oyo for family, and paid half amount of booking about 1651.hotel name is Sarita mountains, almora.but when i reached at hotel the manager said that we can not give you rooms.contact oyo agent or go to other hotel.that night me and my family slept on road whole night.i raised complaint at oyo assist, and call many times to customer care.but oyo did not talk to me.and there were no hotel shifting.stil no refund.
