[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Not adheringto committed Premium rooms | |||
Hi Team, The Oyo rooms guys have cheated me by placing me in Oyo budget hotel near airport. I have booked for Oyo premium near Jawahar circle and when I have reached Jaipur at night 11 and called them for directions then they said that there is a update in the room booking and my hotel was shifted to budget hotel. When I have asked if the premium and this hotel is same in facilities they said yes. Actually this one was budget hotel... I am very surprised because IBIBO doesn't know abt this change. By the time I have reached there with my family and small kid, it was night 12 o clock and I did not have any option to change hotel. SO, I had to adjust in the same thing...
