In 7th of july 10.30am i booked a hotel for 7th july 12.00pm to 8th july through oyo and pay hotel room bill through oyo app. But hotel management said that they dnt accept online payment, then oyo shifted me in other hotel then same issue i found there then i call oyo coustmer care and request him to plz cancel my boking and refund my money, agent said i submited your request 7 to 14 working days your refund is done, but after 5 to 5 days letter i called oyo then he said i dnt refund your money becuz hotel accept online payment...
