I have book room with booking id DQSO9253 on 22 may 2019 but he refused for room i claimed refund its said that amount is intaited ot will be recoved in 7 to 14 days working but that time was expier but yet i was not recived payment and also not pick my phone by oyo helpline so i request please provide amount Rs 1151 ...as soon as possible to me i already wating alot so at last i was approch pn consumer helpline...

Updated by loving.anmol oyo not take serious of complaint i have not recived refund amount from the oyo it taking to much time already 1 month ago and as the mention policy it only takes 10 to 12 days but it not tranfred the money always asks fake exexuse given fake refrence no please resolve my problem...
