[Resolved] OYO — booked rooms in oyo pmr hotel | |||
I had booked 8 rooms with 3 person occupancy, i had cancelled 3 rooms before 24 hours of check in. I called customer care multiple times they put my call on hold and disconnect it and there is no refunds initiated such a pathetic and worst customer service unprofessional people are kept in customer service. I have call recordings and evidence if i am not getting refund i will take legal action against oyo for the harrassment they have done to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
