My booking was canceled by the hotel right before check-in time on Nov 13, I had a call with customer care they told me it's not possible to do an immediate refund but I can reach out again after the expected checkout time is over, So I reached out to them on 15 Nov but they failed to create a ticket for the refund then I reached out again on 17 Nov.
Post that I tried to reach them again on the status of the refund and I was told they cannot do the refund as I did not contact them within 48 hours of checkout time. Even after telling them that I did contact them multiple times and I have screenshots of conversations.
They force disconnected the chat.
