I booked a room on oyo for 5th march, 2020. The booking id is zvwa2984. I got a text message on 5th morning that the booking has been cancelled and i won't be getting any refund as per policy.
I called oyo and raised a complaint. I was told the booking was wrongly cancelled by oyo ivr and the amount would be refunded to my payment source.
It is nearly 1 & 1/2 months now but i still have not received the refund inspite of mailing and calling oyo repeatedly. Was this information helpful? |
