I tried booking a room via chrome and I was paid a payment via GPAY and it's showing successfully completed. I checked with ICICI bank customer care and they confirmed the same as it's completed. I called multiple times but the OYO service desk kept on saying the payment was unprocessed.

I am ready to share the GPAY transaction ID and screenshot if they need but OYO did not agree to it and did not even help me to find out the issue. I called more than 8 times for the same issue but no help/actions on the issue. it is so annoying to call them and explain the stuff again and again.
