[Resolved]  OYO — cancelling my stay in oyo room by hotel manager

Hello this is sanju, i booked oyo 6188 hotel rosette, paharganj, new delhi for two days stay from14-15, 15-16 april 2019. On the secnd day morning the manager check out my booking at 7.30am but i didnt checked out without saying a word to me. At 9.30 i went to him to for enquiry regarding check out he said it was done by oyo and asked him for check in for the 15-16th april 2019 booking he asked to show my booking id so he took my mobile for booking id but he cancelled my booking and closed my oyo app by saying after 11 i will do check in after 15min i got a call from him saying that why did you cancelled the booking it wasn't showing me here so you need to check out now as your check out has been done at 7.30am and he is so rude and began to scold me and you need to contact oyo customer care i can't do nothing. So i called oyo and asked what happened with my booking the coustomer sevice said the booking was cancelled by you so we can't do anything. This is insane that i gave my mobile for entering booking id but the manager cancelled and sat like he hadn't done anything wrong. This kind of behaviour and cheating was done by hotel mamager i was justice for the inconvience on the spot i was forced to leave the hotel
