Booked 2bed suite room for 3 people hotel city heart bholagiri road haridwar oyo 35383 on 20th april booking id xdpz4672 was given 1 room set with 1 bed and 1 mattress arranged on floor. House keeping boy was arrogant and rude no proper food provided and paid in advance charges were shown to deliver the food to room
Ac leaking. After ordering tea and waiting for 1.30 mins kitchen staff saying if you are in such a hurry have tea from outside.
Called oyo 12 times then came ground team assured we will take action
Now on 24th oyo sayong they room provided was suite room after check out. Ground team did not give any feedback.
No refund no single call back no support from oyo or hotel

Yes OYO has refunded me. But i would say thay this kind of service is not acceptable And information displayed over app is not true as room provided was not correct as per charge taken. And in addition to this i have to go through a different channel to raise a complaint against oyo to get my problem solved so the Customer Care Ground team Hotel management All are doing mischieves and if there was no consumercomplaints i would not have got my money back Thanks to consumercomplaints and 0 star to oyo as from there end everything was okay may be. I have to call the customer care more than 20 times. Bad service. Rude staff most of them at all levels from support to hotel( most of them) Would think twice before my next booking.. Booked this for my family and since 20th i am contacting oyo they are saying arranging a call back now they have shown we got the desired room. Oyo is lying since very 1st day Which is wrong and we paid advance amount so all money gone waste
Ground team said we will take action please give us 5 star rating and shared there personal numbers for any issues on our next visit

Just now spoke to the customer care and hotel staff on line they said it was a suite room and the ground team manager said i forgot what happened when you visited i am just an employee my senior will get back to you they are total fraud

One more update adding to this complaint

The so called ground staff manager who gave his personal contact number during the inspection of our room i spoke to him on 24th morning 9 am said that sir i forgot what was the room that was provided and what actually happened
I am just an employee
Will get back to yo in 10 mins with updates

Its 11.25 pm and nothing from his end
The hotel management has finally updated that the room given to us was a suite room as seen in the uploaded picture 1 bed and mattress on floor AC leaking if this is a suite room i would prefer living in a tent or camp

I have 5 complaint ids that they have generated and always promised that I will get a call from Manager thats it. The hotel and oyo are on the same side
I am sure nothing good will happen
Just want refund as per given room 1 room 1 bed charges are 999 after applying cuopon is even lesser I paid 2700 for my family members sleepin on floor eating out side tolerating illiterate misbehaving hotel staff is this a joke

Please oyo no more reaching out to me just let me know refunding yes or no

Got a call same thing team will visit and will reaolve now uploading few screenshots of room i booked 4x suite room with 2 bed
I feel from the very beginning we were misguided as room 408 had just 1 bed in it. Since booking it was wrong room

    They were saying that we will raise your ticket
    we will tranferring your call to seniors
    wait for some times amd hold for two minutes but doesn't coming back on call then.
    always thery do like this i have caller numerous times
    not solving my problem since they said that 7-14 bussiness days refund amount reflected to your account but refund doesn't reflected

      Please refer my booking ID. KOCY0165. This booking was cancelled by OYO without prior information to me and I were to face a lot of problems in early morning at 5:00 A.M. I want to know, why my booking was cancelled without information to me.

      Then I booked a OYO room in kamal palace (OYO 290). The bed sheets and quilts were having blood stains on them and hairs were also visible on bed sheet and pillow. Rooms were so dirty. There was no wash basin in wash rooms. It was really a worst experience. I want to ask you, don't you visit the actual property site before giving registration. Who is responsible for such a bad experience. What action you will take against such property owners/operational staff.

        I booked oyo hotel pine view on 22 april, 2019 at 10.15 pm with scheduled arrival time 12:00 to 03:00 am but when i reached near hotel location through google maps at 02.30 am, i could not find the way to reach the hotel which is located across the river. I called upon the given number on oyo app many a times but no one picked up the calls. Due to this, all the night i had to suffer on roads. I want my payment to be refunded and take the necessary action against hotel manager.

          We booked hotel in kolkata through oyo for today. Hotel has denied checkin as they have some dispute with oyo. We travelled from suri along with my wife driving from past 6 hours. We are standing in kolkata oyo 26143 hotel abedin from last 2 hours speaking to your customer care team few team member) but they are just holding the line and disconnecting the line again and again. Mis guide your team customer support and hotel oyo 26143 hotel abedin manager behavior not good..

            I had booked oyo in pondicherry for the month of may for 7days
            I had done the booking on february, at that time it was shown couple friendly
            But recently when i checked it was not couple friendly anymore and they didn't get even inform us
            If we wouldn't have looked we would not have been able to get a place to stay when we visit

            They do give full refund but the prices of everything has increased since only 15 days are left for our visit

            So we want the compensation along with full refund
            Atleast 75% more of compensation money since that is how much prices have increased

              Oyo customer service: dont close this as resolved by just adding copy-pasted same comments without giving real resolution like last time. Please provide provductive resolution here only after investigation. I'm providing all the details if you really want to give resolution for your mistakes.

              I had such terrible, poor, irresponsible, unprofesional customer serivce experience after booking oyo room (Balaji lodge-oyo19927). See attached pics of dirty marks from the flooring to sealing with pan spits, toilet water is literally leaking nor i can use toilet properly with a pipe going from infront, see toilet entrance has leaking water from toilet, see the dirty shelfs.
              Its disgusting that i ever ever stayed any such oyo dirty room like this
              I had to spent most of the time in reception waiting for oyo customer service agent (Poulami who promised to either change the room or hotel but disappeared entire day/night ignoring my various calls
              Since then i wrote 14 emails to explain to me why the room is not even close to 1% of what they advertised and why customer serivce failed to provide service or change room made me wait 15 hours and even now why they are refusing to refund 100% of booking amount instead just refunding 234 rupees after failing to provide what has been assured and ignoring my emails?

              Been just saying the same from one month. I sent 22 emails and customer service never replied. I will open a new complain everyday until you refund 100% after providing me nightmare experience amd customer service can ignore

                Here i want to explain my issue, i had booking in hotel through oyo for two days and i had paid for my two days stay, when i checked in the room the room was no where near to the room shown in pics even it was dirty and smelling like hell so i request them to change my room but they said this is only room they have for oyo customer, then i requested oyo to shift my stay in different hotel, so oyo executive book another hotel for me i even asked him to confirm about the availability in that hotel, he said he is sure about that hotel and when i reached in hotel diamond then they don't have room so i was on the road at mid night in a unknown city, this was the worst experience i have ever had, i was feeling help less at that time.
                No more discussion is needed on this topic i just want you refund my amount that i had paid for two days stay.
                Nobody is responding now neither from email or call on their customer care.

                  I had made 6 bookings with oyo over a span of 7 days. The hotel partner refused providing any invoice at during check out and said oyo will provide invoice. Even after multiple reminders and calls to oyo, i have not received the gst invoice for any of the bookings. It has been pending for a month now. Their call centre keeps putting me on hold for hours or keeps promising call backs that never are made. I have raised the complaint via oyo app too but no one has gotten back to me so far. How can oyo refuse to provide gst invoice?

                    I am sharing my experience have done a hotel booking in OYO 29047 Yoyo Moonlight Rishikesh, on On Sat, 13 Apr at 5:50 AM Booking No.: - CAMN6529 for one day and the hotel person came in my room and told me to vacant the room or again book the room or pay extra for the room because My room will get checked out automatically by 4 PM, And that time I was sleeping, you can't imagine how much I got socked, then after I called Oyo customer care they took 10 mints to understand what happened and again they keep me hold for 45 minutes and then they disconnected the call, again I have called with another number he had also done the same thing at last one person has transferred the call to the guest manager, I surprised and get a 2nd shock after listening to his solution of the problem, he told me to book another room, that the solution. Never book the Room in Rishikesh with OYO, This was my experience with OYO. And one more thing the time was 9 PM with my two sisters and my friend.

                      I had booked a room through oyo app booking claiming that it was very good had 4 star review. As i was travelling with my mother aged79 though ok Deluxe room and paid for it online. After reaching at night shocked to see no lift at ground floor level. Went to room 303 room was at best shabby. Got another shock that
                      no hot water at in bathroom.
                      Next morning got sight of food plates with left over food was lying since night Again after complaints was given risky water heater
                      This took lot of time and had to cancel my plan for city visit. This is clear case of cheating. Through app tried to complain about conditions. But didn't get a satisfactory outcome

                        Actually i have booked two rooms with this "LDRG7612" ID but when i reached hotel they said it is over booked by OYO and they have refused to give rooms, I called up OYO customer care and they helped me to book another hotel...

                        I need to understand why are you charging cancellation from me when the booking has been cancelled from you side and i have been troubled by going here and there to search the hotel ...

                        rather i have given a hotel which was more than seven km far from the booked one... it was a trouble for me and even then oyo is charging cancellation fee from me... I could not understand and have complaint regarding this...

                            The room had a air conditioner that is not working but simply kept here to cheat customers. The oyo app is involved in making false promises to cheat customers.                               Through oyo we booked two ac rooms in hotel rv tower guruvayoor last friday. As per the information given in site we were at great expectation. But once we entered there the lift was not working. Rooms were not tidy. The door was not secure. The pillow covers were ugly. There was not water in pipes. The ac remote was not working and tv remote was also not working. It took almost one hour to resolve some issues. When we report the same to oyo the response was not satisfactory. We were very much disappointed with this.

                                I travelled lucknow and booked satya shiv resort through oyo, at first they rejected to have received any such booking, next they denied the price at which we booked for, next the washroom was so unhygienic, the staff denied to clean, the bedsheets and blankets and even pillows were brown to white with dirt. There was no drinking water facility. The owner was too rude and was discussing the flaws of the oyo facilities and fighting with us at mid night. The oyo customer care and the owner had altercation which was so undesirable. If oyo cannot provide services be not the one to promise to do so. They refused to change the blankets, they refused to give cussions. The rooms were not which were shown in the picture and were harassing us at the midnight and asking for more money. After an hour of altercation oyo staff let us stay but the experience was worst. Oyo will no longer be recommend by me. The reason people book online is to avoid congestion and pleasant stay. There was no pleasant as an adjective in this stay. There were times when we decided to leave and shift to the other hotels which we have already done just after a night stay. I through my sources will make sure to complain to the tourism state as well as centre and hotel association regarding the unpleasant stay and the unexpectable service of oyo rooms. It wasn't a resort it was a guesthouse were rooms were made for the purpose of marriage, there could not be any peace in the place of marriage functions, it was not even a proper hotel for a proper stay. I would not blame the hotel but oyo for breaching a contract of trust and reaching such fraudulent hotels and showing fake room pictures to us and not maintaining the dignity of the services. I would rather reach consumer forum as well for not providing what promised as a piece of a contract between me and oyo.

                                  We booked hotel in solan through oyo for today. Hotel has denied checkin as they have some dispute with oyo. We travelled from noida along with four members (One of member is pregnant) driving from past 9 hours. We are standing in solan from last 3 hours speaking to your customer care team (Bhagyashree / farhan and other few team members) but they are just holding the line and disconnecting the line again and again.

                                  Horrible service from your side.

                                  No refund initiated. No alternate option given.

                                  We have end up going through mental harassment, time / money wastage as paid higher amount on room rental with low quality as weekend charges were too high.

                                  We are also looking for legal options for filling cheating / consumer case in legal jurisdiction.
