I had a booking with oyo for my family trip but on arrival at hotel the rooms were dirty and toilet was smelling like hell. So i have to complain the same to manager to which he was helpless so i have to contact oyo helpline as i booked room through it. To.my request oyo executive felt like cooperative and cancelled my booking with assured refund.
But against my expectations no refund was initiated in the app so i had to contact the customer executive again on nxt day and after long calls someone helped in initiating the refund so i felt somewhat relaxed tht the refund will come sooner or later but as the deadline of 14 days crossed i had to again contact the oyo to which they replied tht its nonrefundable booking and after hour long arguments they again initiated my refund and again after 14 days no refund. After all this i felt like there is no use of complaining the oyo as they will not refund my money.
Just fed up of there services and it's my humble request to everyone please avoid oyo they are just bunch of cheaters which never provide a good service but only some excuses everytime we call them. Was this information helpful? |
