[Resolved] OYO — Cheating while booking hotel room

I had booked one room for two days trough OYO app in OYO 87176 Hotel Anurag. My booking was confirmed. But when I was about to proceed to this hotel, a message came that my booking has been cancelled and will be shifted to another one. I was very much annoyed and tried to contact customer support. Then I saw two options whether I want to shift to another hotel or to cancel the earlier one. I choose to cancel thinking that since the agreement has been breached from OYO, I will not be charged. But after I cancelled I found that my money will not be refunded. Even there is no option to call any one in OYO to redress grievance except some pre set messages. This is clearly cheating.
