As i travel to different places i have issue regarding oyo is denying check in by saying we accept cash payment even if we have paid the bills at the booking time or they demand more money usually by saying we have this room of this rate. Basically they are trying to fool people. I want a reply from oyo regarding this issue. As i call to oyo support after the incident they are saying sir book another oyo. Why should i book new hotel what about my deal and offers that i applied to my previous booking. Don’t play with customers, you are not suffering and u can’t understand that what people face at the moment of check in.
