I have made booking through oyo on 03.07.2019 vide booking no nkfg4326 there was lot of problems regarding services in that hotel for which i called oyo several times and also made online complaint at the same time but no response next day again i called oyo and made complaint that time customercare person confirmed me that we will refund 500 in your wallet so that that can be used in your next booking but till today i have not received the amount every time they say they will make the refund but not doing
