OYO — Customer complaint [protected] closed without action

Dear team,

After booking confirmation and advance payment at oyo, booked hotel not offered room. Oyo closed its Ticket without any settlement...due to Oyo believe I canceled my tickets and at last travelled with huge loss.

After approx hr discussion no support and further below ticket closed without conclusion.

Pathetic response at all level, so many mail send but no update from them!!
