I had done booking on 2nd jan 2021 by MKWE2364, where App showed some amt and i paid. Later same booking got cancelled from OYO's end that pad amt is lesser. Later i called up helpline [protected], where they asked to initiate new booking.
New Booking was done by JAKK3463, after much harassment we suffered on cancellation of earlier booking then doing the same again.
First of all Hotel claimed to be near ST stand, which was too far away and no availability of vehicle to reach ST stand early morning. Hotel person denied as my kids did not had hard copy of Aadhar card. Do you expect traveler standing on road to read all terms and conditions and later select. We were so pissed off by entire sequence of things that because of oyo people we cancelled our plans. Immediately same time called up [protected] call center no ..they asked to log in Mobile app and initiate refund after much long conversation. I do have call recording and screen shot of chats done.
2nd day again on chat spent 1 hr with Sharik, who denied any refund. Today calling on same no (person Rinku paul) also said because of internally policy we cannot refund my amt of rs 4510.
Oyo is taking disadvantage of travelers and looting people and earning money...
I want my refund urgently
