Booked a room by paying Rs 2053 through Oyo website and when reached hotel, they denied check in saying, they don't accept online booking through Oyo. Contacted Oyo more than thousand times asking for full amount refund and they haven't initiated refund. When calling their customer care number, Oyo will ask customer to hold the call for some minutes and they will not respond for hours, after that they will say your call is transferring to service department, No use waiting as no one will talk to you even after waiting for 2 or 3 hours and call will get disconnected automatically. Oyo is making huge amount of money through not giving back money to customers who got denied of the service for which they have paid money for. Oyo is the worst service in India, never trust oyo. They cheat people and makes money.
