[Resolved]  OYO — denied by hotel to check-in

I booked 2 room in rishikesh at Yaduvanshi shiva hotel via oyo app and done with my pre payment for that particular hotel before 3days to check in but as a reached i was asked to pay double amount and denied by the owner to check in. He was abusing on phone call and was not answering my phone call. He was very arrogant as he don't have amy etiquettes how to treat girls on phone.
My experience was very bad cause i didn't find any other hotel at that location and oyo didn't shift me in any other hotel.
