[Resolved]  OYO — Denied check-in by the hotel and Oyo did not supported

Address:Hotel Hilon Kolkata

I booked a room in Kolkata for one day stay online through call support on 13th September.
But at hotel reception they denied my check-in stating that they no more recieve bookings through oyo.
I called the customer support at oyo but received no help yet.

The need help tab from the app shows to call customer support and the customer support suggest to use need help from app to avoid long waiting period on call.
