[Resolved]  OYO — denied entry in hotel premises by owner of hotel

I have book hotel by oyo and paid 50% advance.
On the day of checkin the hotel denied the entry stating that they are not associated with oyo.
After complaining about incidence they cancel the booking.
I had to pay double amount for booking in other hotel. After one month still they didn’t refund my money. They always put my phone on hold and disconnected it. Never pay in advance to these people. They never going to refund your money.

Vary vary bad service. Don’t recommend anyone..
