OYO — Denied full refund of the amount

I had checked in to the property on 15th july 2022. I was denied check in using the oyo app. Instead I had to pay the amount using UPI. Therefore I had to cancel the booking from app. Since it was not my fault, I need the full refund of amount. booking Id VY9Z1510
