I booked OYO hotel with oyo executive on 1st April, 2023 at 1 Am.
The hotel name is Collection O DSP located in mahape.
When I reached in hotel by 3 Am, hotel manager denied to provide me room by stating that oyo has charged very less amount for room.
I called oyo executive in front of manager. But no positive response received from executive.
In the morning, I spoken with another executive for the tarriff issue.
That executive made a conference call with hotel partner. It was surprising to know that, hotel partner was claiming that, i had a stayed over a night in the room and he has our id cards too.
When i asked for my partner name, hotel partner disconnected the calls.
Then oyo executive file my complaint against ticket ID [protected].
But after some time, i received a email confirmation from oyo that, whatever claimed made by me, is found invalid and oyo cannot refund the money.
I haven't gotten served by Oyo and oyo is now refusing to provide me refund.
Afterwards, I came to know that, there are so many customers are facing same issue.
This is actually a scam driving by OYO inhand with fraud hotel partners.
I need my refund and justice too.
