OYO — Denying to refund

I booked a room by mistakenly at oyo on same day and I cancelled immediately. Now they are saying that I can't get refund Because I booked room after 9am on same day, that's why I can't get refund. They are saying that it's against policy to return money. If someone is booked by mistakenly on same date and then he cancelled immediately then why he will not get refund. When I talked before they said if I cancelled booking in 30 minutes I will get refund. Now they are saying that I can't get refund. Plz help me. My Booking id is BQCH3740
