[Resolved] OYO — Didn't get booking even after paying money.

I have done booking from an OYO app on 22/11/2021. Money has been debited from my bank account but my booking didn't get confirmed. I tried to contact customer care but it's asking for booking ID, my booking didn't get confirmed so how can I have booking Id. Please resolve my issue and refund my money back.
