OYO — Didn't get Refund from OYO

I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 28th Aug 2022 with transaction amount of 5964/- ( from paytm upi). My booking has been cancelled on the same date (28th Aug 2022) due to restriction issue and it has been more than 19 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. I asked oyo for the bank reference number so that i could confirm whether there is any issue with the bank but they didn't provided. I am fed of calling and now my call is not being connected.
