Latest complain id[protected]
Reason : oyo shifted us to other hotel on the time of check - in and manager asked for extra amount for which we paid in cash. Oyo team (Monika) promised to refund the amount and asked to pay the cash to the manager to check in.
Refund amount: rs 600
Whats really happening :
It has been almost 2 months, i have been only getting
"please wait 7 to 14 working days you will receive your amount - 600 your refund in processing for further assistance call us [protected]. And your complain id is[protected]".
In last two month, i have met below people who have been assigned to this ticket.
1. Monika
2. Karan
3. Jatinkapoor
4. Supriya
5. Jasvinder
6. Parth
But none of them actually took an effort to initiate the refund.
