OYO — Even after 15 days of refund initiation I have not got any refund

Hi there! I have booked oyo room and paid the entire amount. But after arriving at hotel they informed there they do not have any booking. After that i had called oyo customer care. They tried to transfer my booking to another hotel but failed and said they can only refund the amount. Even after 15 days i have not got any refund. My booking id is IO7G1987.
