I've booked a hotel at oyo for june 22, 2022 and june 23, 2022 two days prior. At the day of check-in i was informed that my booking was changed to another hotel(without my consent and permission). I can't do anything about that also i was in hurry so, i went for the hotel which I've shifted by oyo. There they denied my check-in saying to cancel and directly book a room. Then I've contacted customer support and spoke to the person for nearly an hour and gave me a choice of 3 low standard hotel for the price I've paid and i chose one property and went there to check-in, there they demanded extra 200rs as i was in hurry for an appointment i did paid 200 extra other than the payment I've done while booking a higher standard hotel.
My choice of booking: oyo silverkey 77698 kings court near rela balaji hospital
The hotel they shifted me to without my concern: oyo flagship 1246 raaj residency
Hotel finally i got and asked 200rs extra for checking in: oyo 78431 flagship belle vagues - chrompet.
All these hotels has minimum distance of 1km between them, i had to walk to each hotel to get diverted. Pathetic service.
