I have booked hotel through OYO customer care …. When I reached to hotel they refused to take us and asked for extra money…. I immediately log a complaint to OYO as booking is done for 2 girls… but no action taken by the OYO customer care … it is been a long time and they have not refunded my money yet… I got mental harassment with the OYO services… they are cheating and misguiding customers…
