[Resolved] OYO — Fraud done by oyo rooms | |||||
I booked a hotel through OYO rooms with booking ID DZLY1078. Although the charge taken was in lieu of AC Rooms with all facilities that as per the details given on their website and complimentary breakfast, no such facility was provided. The request for refund is being repeatedly turned down without even considering the mental and physical agony. Was this information helpful? | |||||
