[Resolved]  OYO — frustration and time wasted

Dear oyo team,

Yesterday 8 hours time wasted

I booked nakshatra enclave on 25th june for yesterday staying, booking confirmed, while going to check in nakshatra enclave following problem happen

1. Check in time -12.45pm, at that time hotel manager telling, sir u have to pay extra amount for staying (Extra amount:761rs), already u paid 939, remaining 761 u have to pay. Weekend no offer, already same to informed to oyo team
Then i called oyo team by 12.49pm, they talked to nakshatra enclave manager, they convey same to oyo team,
Oyo team wait for sometime, we discuss and call you, i wait for half an hour, no call received from oyo, so again i called oyo customer care, 1 hour am on line, worst response from oyo.
Again i called oyo customer care and waiting in line for half an hour, oyo team asking the concern again and again, but concern not solve upto 2.45pm, i got frustation

My family waiting in road side, wat my daughter (18 month baby) and my wife mistake done, i payed money, but we stayed in road side.

Finally i got call from oyo team named as amit, he told that go-to nakshatra enclave, i will talk to oyo captain sarath, ur stay is confirm. We will arrange the best, that time i put the call in hold and went to nakshatra enclave and give my phone to captain oyo sarath and amit talked,

Sarath statement:

Dear babu sir,

Don't worry, i arrange the room. Atlast they arrange the room by 3.15pm and am ready to stay and taken my luggage.

Then i went to room and shocked.
1. No room number
2.ac not running properly
3. Fan not running properly
4. Toilet available, but outside of the room,

Then i called oyo captain sarath, wait for some time, we will arrange another room, so i waited waited waited waited upto 5pm, no room arranged.

So i went to reception, at that time oyo captain not available, then i cal oyo captain, wait sir, i will check with nakshatra enclave manager or shift ur property by near by place.
Wait for 30 minutes, i said ok.

Then he called, i talked to my superior, not possible to shift ur stay, because already you have checked in, so ur amount to be refunded. I shocked, then i checked oyo app, u checked in nakshatra enclave and room no:10. (I talked with one hotel care taker, that is not a room, common room for staying for care taker)
Shock and frustation happen for me and my family, after shock i called sarath, he told get the refund amount from hotel manager vinoth, i asked why i got the refund from hotel manager, oyo team only responsible for refund,
Sarath replies as mistake done by us, so we will refund the amount.
I said ok and get the refund amount from hotel manager (Rs 939) and checked out.

I searched another hotel named as peninsula resort - kovalam, oyo app shows rooms are available, am having doubt, so i called hotel directly,
Peninsula resort manager replies hotels are full due to weekend, no rooms are available.

Then again i search the hotel in oyo app, ecr bay villas resort available, so i booked in ecr bay villas resort, then i called ecr bay villas resort, they replies no room available. So again i called oyo customer care, i booked ecr bay villas without payment, but resort manager telling that no rooms available, pls check and inform sir,
Oyo customer care member hold my call and after he replies go and check in, rooms are available. I said ok.

Then i moved to ecr bay villas resort by 6.35pm (From nakshatra enclave to ecr bay villas resort is 10 km)

While going to check in again problem started,
Hotel manager told that i want to oyo team and my superior, so i waited for 5 minutes.
Hotel manager tell that for 1081rs i show one room, if it is ok means u stay otherwise u pay extra 1000rs, i will show better room.

Then i checked the room and shocked, family not able to stay, hotel servant only stayable.

I left the room and cancelled my booking and return back to home by 8.30pm

Thanks for watching my story. Yesterday memorable day for me and my family.

My questions are:👇

1. Nakshatra enclave - my booking confirmed, but why they asked extra money, hotel manager telling that already informed to oyo team for tariff change.

2. I did not given my local i'd, then how they are telling checked in?

Worst response from nakshatra enclave hotel team.

3. Oyo customer care:

2.5 hrs i talked to customer care, but worst worst worst response

If not able to solve the concern means escalate my concern to next level

Note :
I want to enjoy my holidays, so i booked for oyo rooms, but 9 hours wasted my time.
Yesterday special day for me-my wife birthday, but those 9 hours wasted.
Fighting and frustation only final results.

Give me the resolution for all questions, still i did not able to digest the yesterday incident.
