I booked a room in oyo having capital o property for staying when i entered in the property the room was dirty and the staff was too rude on the top of that when i asked for the water the staff was talking in a very rude way.. Then i got my water bottle. After some time i got to know that the same water bottles are circulating by the hotel on every room.. At night i got headache and vomiting later i got fever and i had a medical check up of rt pcr test.. In which i found myself corona positive such a negligence by the hotel.. I already did complaint in the hotel to hotel manager but he was unresponsive and having causal attitude.. Later i decided to do complaint to oyo customer executive for such a bad experience and i compromised with my health i sent all my medical reports to the oyo stock team.. But that team evan denied me for the refund.. Such a horrible experience It was..
