OYO — got different hotel instead of what I booked on oyo app | |||||
I had booked hotel royal annex andheri east. The pictures on the oyo app are totally different from the original room. The bedsheets appeared to be use, the wall had gutka tobacco stain, the room was too small, the ceiling had water leakage, I called the oyo customer from the hotel and he asked me to wait. I checked out in 40minutes as i was clicking pictures of the room and waiting for the call of the manager. I feel the oyo manager incharge of hotels in andheri isn't keeping a check on the hotels. This is a real fraud. It was a lodge basically. I don't think any person having a good background would stand there even for a minute. Kindly look into the matter. I'm attaching the image on oyo app and the real pictures of the room which compelled me to stay in the room for 40 minutes. Was this information helpful? | |||||
