My OYO booking ID: YCPD9166.
Hotel Name:- Hotel starwood residency, Mumbai.
I paid my full amount through online app on Oyo. But, due to lack of hotel service and OYO service, I Cancelled my booking via OYO customer Care. He told me that I will get my "FULL REFUND because my issue was not resolve by him and also because I cancelled my booking by him (customer service)". I also have OYO service mail (where they told me that I will get my full refund back in coming days).
But, after few days, I only received "HALF AMOUNT OF REFUND". When I asked them by calling on their service number [protected], they were just delaying my query by holding call for like 1 hours straight. In past 10 days, I call them 15 times. Still they are just ignoring my refund issue, and telling me that I will get refund in 1-2 days (although 7-8 days passed). Please help me out. I mentioned my booking Id for some reference.
