Oyo Hotel — after confirmation and partial payment they have not given access to enter in hotel

While conversation with oyo customer care services they have suggested oyo hotel in my destination address as i am traveling with my family including 2 infant (Son 2 year old daughter 8 month old) so i clearly mentioned in conversation with oyo staff that i want clear booking so they suggested give some amount of provided link which i have paid directly and got confirmation from oyo that your room is booked and i have mentioned that i will reach at hotel around 1 am at night according to train timing. Once i reached there in hotel no body opened the channel gate. It was highly unsecured time as pendamic period and that too with my family in night time. We have suffered a lot mentally and physically due to this careless approach. Is had talked about this incident to oyo support but they said hotel was open we will not responsible. So now i want know how will take this responsibility and if in this situation something wrong might be happen to us the responsibility must be set and some legal action must be taken and i want my money back as soon as possible and want assurance that this will never happen to any body.
