Due to work change, i had to cancel hotel, i tried to call hotel, no answer, they took money from my bank, that is not a problem, but for me to get money back from my company i must supply invoice or reciept, i contacted oyo customer service, the girl told me because it was no show they cannot give invoice, i then spoke to supervisor who told me i would recieve invoice within 48 hrs, this never happened, so i rang back to oyosame thing said to me, supervisor tried to call hotel no answer, since then i have sent and recieved many emails, some saying they will help me, others saying no show, i will lose this money if i do not provide some kind of reciept for my company, please help Was this information helpful? |
