Horrible experience

I WILL NEVER STAYIN AN OYO HOTEL AGAIN!
When I first got to the hotel, I saw that the front doors were wide open which I found odd. Once I was inside I found out why. The was no A/C in the lobby, or hallways for that matter. There were big fans blowing on the front desk person so at least they were cool. The next problem was I was told there are no pets allowed and I told her that my dog is a service dog, not a pet. She stated that their policy is there are no pets allowed period. I explained to her that that is a direct violation of the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act and she said she was told it didn’t matter. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were out of the country for at least another week. The desk clerk got ahold of them by cellphone and the owner said I needed proof of my dog being a service dog, which is again against the ADA, so I showed the desk clerk and she showed the owner who at first didn’t want to allow me to stay but then changed their mind.
When I get to the room, I notice there is no phone, no TV remote, and an unused condom in the nightstand drawer. Also, there was no toilet paper in the room anywhere.
I went down to the front desk and told her about the problems and she told me there were not any phones in any of the rooms and there should have been a TV remote. She apologized about the toilet paper and gave me a roll. When she gave me the TV remote she said it wouldn’t work but she’d have the maintenance guy come up and program the remote to work. Well he came up and could not get the TV to work so he told me that they would either get me a TV that worked or move me to a different room. Neither happened.
The next morning when I checked out before my reservation ended the guy at the front desk wasn’t friendly at first. Then he said I should get a refund of my money which I have not.

The issue that I have experienced was: I have booked an hotel in Mysore named oyo 12153 hotel b s international on 28th Dec i.e yesterday @ 7 my booking id is YVAL7800 I have done the full online payment so tht I don't face any issues later but still it's shown under processed.. I called oyo team several times but some are telling me to wait for confirmation as it's an technical error.. so when I tried calling today I am getting different answers from different oyo team some saying it cancelled some saying it's under process so it will take time and some telng me to cancel and shift in some other accomodation.. not a single satisfactory ans ..thus when I cal the hotel were I have booking they clearly telng me it's booked...why different ans from team when m just expecting a confirmation email for msg..I need my booking confirmation with the same pricing..as wen I m searching for new it's purposely shown rise in amount
Thus when I m not satisfied with the team I tried to cancel the booking it's not getting cancel..this my payment is still stuck.. I need help in this... either it's getting booked nor its getting cancel

after confirmation and partial payment they have not given access to enter in hotel
While conversation with oyo customer care services they have suggested oyo hotel in my destination address as i am traveling with my family including 2 infant (Son 2 year old daughter 8 month old) so i clearly mentioned in conversation with oyo staff that i want clear booking so they suggested give some amount of provided link which i have paid directly and got confirmation from oyo that your room is booked and i have mentioned that i will reach at hotel around 1 am at night according to train timing. Once i reached there in hotel no body opened the channel gate. It was highly unsecured time as pendamic period and that too with my family in night time. We have suffered a lot mentally and physically due to this careless approach. Is had talked about this incident to oyo support but they said hotel was open we will not responsible. So now i want know how will take this responsibility and if in this situation something wrong might be happen to us the responsibility must be set and some legal action must be taken and i want my money back as soon as possible and want assurance that this will never happen to any body.

OYO Hotel is not legit business they don't follow US laws they are foreign own from INDIA i made a reservation# ZKSW1458 and only stay for 1 night 5/25 check out late 5/26 even with 2 night i should get some refund today they sent me a receipt shoing 10 days staying so i am not entitle any refund the booking was for 5/25-6/4 and on second night i book it with westiminster hotel how can they fake a receipt to show 10 days this is a Fraud i need someone from your agencies to help me resolve this i need help with this i want to put a stop from letting this hotel to do these things

will not give receipt or invoice
Due to work change, i had to cancel hotel, i tried to call hotel, no answer, they took money from my bank, that is not a problem, but for me to get money back from my company i must supply invoice or reciept, i contacted oyo customer service, the girl told me because it was no show they cannot give invoice, i then spoke to supervisor who told me i would recieve invoice within 48 hrs, this never happened, so i rang back to oyosame thing said to me, supervisor tried to call hotel no answer, since then i have sent and recieved many emails, some saying they will help me, others saying no show, i will lose this money if i do not provide some kind of reciept for my company, please help

hotel filthy and fake photos on app

Booked that hotel after watching pictures and reviews on app of oyo. I paid before check in 10 minutes before. It was around 3006/-. When i went there, the rooms were exactly opposite which was shown in app the rooms were filthy as hell. Worst condition, i was not able to breathe even. When i cancelled my booking without even check in, they charged me cancellation charges. Kindly take strict action against oyo, they are not giving my money and doing fraud to
